Without a plan, your loved ones may struggle to access important accounts and files during an already difficult time. A digital legacy plan ensures they can access what they need quickly and securely.
Is my data really secure?
Absolutely. We use AES-256 bit encryption (same as banks), secure cloud storage with triple redundancy, and follow strict privacy protocols. Only you and your designated trusted contacts can access your data.
Can I delete my account anytime?
Yes, you have full control over your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

How does nominee access work?
You designate one or more trusted contacts who can request access to your digital assets. After verification and based on your predefined conditions, they gain access to the specific items you've authorized them to see.
Can I schedule messages for the future?
Yes! Our Future Messages feature lets you compose messages that will be delivered on specific dates or triggered by certain events. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or leaving final words of wisdom.
What types of documents can I store?
You can store any important documents: Aadhaar, PAN, passports, insurance policies, property deeds, wills, bank information, investment details, and more. All files are encrypted and secure.
How many assets can I add?
The Free plan allows up to 5 digital assets. Pro and Family plans offer unlimited digital assets, so you can protect everything without restrictions.
Security & Privacy
Who can access my data?
Only you can access your data while you're alive. After verification following your passing, only your designated trusted contacts can access the specific assets you've authorized them to see.
Can Digital Legacy Platform see my passwords?
No. Your data is encrypted end-to-end with keys only you control. We use zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we cannot see or decrypt your information even if we wanted to.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure, encrypted cloud servers with triple redundancy across multiple geographic locations (India, EU, and US) for maximum reliability and security.
What happens if there's a security breach?
We have multiple security layers and monitoring systems. In the unlikely event of a breach, all data is encrypted and unusable without your personal encryption keys. We also notify affected users immediately.

Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 5 digital assets, 1 trusted contact, and basic document storage (1GB). It's perfect for getting started with digital legacy planning.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we prorate the billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund, no questions asked.
Account Management
How do I add trusted contacts?
From your dashboard, go to "Trusted Contacts" and click "Add Contact." Enter their details and specify what assets they can access. They'll receive an invitation to verify their identity.
Can I change my trusted contacts later?
Absolutely. You can add, remove, or modify trusted contacts at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I don't renew my subscription?
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days. During this time, you can export your data or renew your subscription. After 90 days, you can choose to delete your account or maintain minimal storage.
How do I update my digital assets?
Simply log in to your account anytime and navigate to "Digital Assets." You can add new assets, edit existing ones, or remove outdated entries whenever needed.
